Shane, Mike, and Jim are too old to wrestle, but too young to die and they just want to tell you about how they are spending their moments in between. Legendary John Carroll University Wrestling and Football coach Kerry Volkmann is joined by his former athletes including: Dan Single, Tim Banc, Dale Kaprosy, and Tom Bernot plus your hosts. We also get a few comments from John Bernot and Ronan who came from the UK for the podcast. Kerry Volkmann is not only a member of the JCU Athletic Hall of Fame, he is also a member of National Wrestling Coaches Association Hall of Fame. We share some recruiting stories, Banc's adventure at the Kentucky Derby, 5 Questions, and many more stories about how Coach V did it his way.
